Hi, I’m Kathy. I’m a nurse, nutrition lover, and outdoor girl who believes God meets us in fresh air and still moments. I started the Rooted Retreat for women who need rest, truth, community, and a chance to breathe again.
I love feeding people, physically and spiritually, and my heart is to create a peaceful space where women can reset, laugh, hike, eat good food, and reconnect with God in ways that feel natural and real. You show up. I take care of the details. Let’s grow deeper roots together.
OUTDOOR ADVENTURE GUIDE &ESSENTIAL OILS SPECIALIST
KERRI KARCZ
Kerri is our Adventure Guru, with a deep love for God’s creation and a gift for helping women feel confident exploring outdoors. She is great at meeting people where they are, ability-wise, in nature, while encouraging connectivity & creativity to play. She creates space for women to explore, grow, and experience the beauty of each season together.
Essential oils, drawn directly from the plants God created, are a natural gateway to understanding His medicine. Kerri helps women discover how these gifts of the earth can support the journey’s body, mind, and spirit while deepening their appreciation for the Creator’s design.
SPIRITUAL MENTOR & BIBLE STUDY LEADER
KIMBERLY FAITH
Kimberly Faith leads our Bible studies with depth, authenticity, and a true passion for God’s Word. Her teaching style is warm and relatable, making Scripture come alive in practical ways. She also brings a beautiful voice and guitar for optional acoustic worship, creating peaceful moments of praise through the retreat.
